Goals are set and we all enjoy quarterly reviews, so no one is ever in any doubt about how they are contributing.
For those who want to get amongst it with the team, we have regular team lunches every other Friday and "office days" when most people will be in.
But we don't just care about work, we care about each other as people, awesome humans and our health and wellbeing. Therefore, so that we can focus on ourselves, from Feb-November we have a "Me Day" once a month (yes an extra 10 days off a year!)
